1. Physical Products (Jewelry & Handmade Crafts)
1.1 Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with any included packaging or accessories
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges may be offered for:

- Defective items
If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be issued.

- Completed sessions are non‑refundable
- This includes tarot readings, divination, meditation sessions, energy work, spellwork guidance, and ritual training
You are paying for time, expertise, and preparation — not guaranteed outcomes.
2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session according to the policy listed on the booking page:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
- Missed appointments: No refund
If we must cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Digital Products
Digital items (PDFs, guides, classes, downloads) are non‑refundable once delivered.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, contact us and we will assist you.
4. Order Cancellations
4.1 Physical Products
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
